More About Me
Hi, I'm looking for an energetic senior male comp. partner.
I'm 5'3" (160cm) wos. slim, fit and very enthusiastic.
Because I still don't have a dancing partner, I've started to dance in some Ballroom & Latin Comps, with my young teachers ... Great fun!
I recently won both the Ballroom & Latin sections in a Champions of Tomorrow ProAm Teacher/Student comp.in Stoke-on-Trent, 18.3.2017
I came 2nd in Latin, Champions of Tomorrow comp. ProAm Teacher/student Comp. Blackpool 2017.
Previously: I was 2nd in Beginners Over 45's Latin at Champions of Tomorrow, Blackpool 2015.
I also took part in a Charity 'Strictly-type' Comp. at the Tower Ballroom, Birmingham, in Nov. 2015, dancing as the 'Pro-dancer', which was great fun, especially as we won! (We did a Samba which included a Drop-Kick, a Lift & a Bum-Spin in true 'Strictly'-style!)
Although preferring to develop in all 10 dances, I will specialize in either Ballroom or Latin for the right partner.
I don't know what else to say about me ...
Ok ... I believe the best dancers are those who feel the music in their soul, & express that through their dancing ... I started ballet classes at the age of 4 & have been dancing ever since!
I've been told 'I'm very light to dance with' & that 'I follow really well'.
I'd love to do competitions with a like-minded partner having the same passion, dedication & commitment to improve.
I'm no diva, nor do I like being shouted at, so dancing with someone who is 'nice' is as important as having a partner with ambition.

I'm interested in the 'bigger-picture' as in: The Meaning of Life ... Who am I? & Why am I here? My Spiritual philosophy embraces the profound & esoteric.
I ticked the 'Christian/other' box, because I try to live my life according to Christ's message of Love & Peace, which for me, also encompasses a Buddhistic lifestyle.
I like to think I'm friendly & out-going, & have a fun sense of humour.
And my Passion in Life is Ballroom & Latin American Dancing!
I'll leave the last word with the write-up in 'Dance News' 2015, which included: "This couple were the most energetic couple of the whole comp & gave the winners a close run, taking a number of 1st placings...particularly strong in the Jive which suited Tricia's vibrant personality ..."
ps: Just competed at Brentwood, 'Stars of the Future', where I won the ProAm T/S Latin and came 2nd in Ballroom!
I'm still looking for my own comp. partner wanting to compete in Pre-champ or Seniors.
I'm Looking For
A gentleman comp. partner, who dances with music in his soul!
I'd prefer someone with previous Comp. experience, but I never say 'Never'! So I'm open to have a try-out with someone like-minded, who's looking to compete, at Senior level, and with whom I can share the 'Joy of the Dance' with.
So I'm looking for someone who enjoys dancing the best they can, but who also has a fun sense of humour. I don't 'do angry', so someone with a happy disposition, like me, would be great!
