More About Me
I have enjoyed ballroom and social dancing for almost 4 years and take lessons with several different instructors. I enjoy dancing in locations in Maryland and Virginia and mostly dance American style ballroom. I am also learning Internationsl style, and am familiar with the basics of West Coast Swing and Argentine Tango.
I can tell you about butterflies before a showcase because I've done several, and, at the same time. I enjoy the challenge of a performance that captures the song and the music. My dancing has always improved after showcases. As I continue learning and improving in various dance styles, I strive to be a great follower, and to offer on the dance floor that which is uniquely me.
I'm Looking For
I'm looking for a steady dance partner who is interested in exploring showcase (perhaps occasionally) as well as keeping me safe and entertained on the social dance floor. It helps to have a good sense of humor about this dancing stuff, too! As I am not a one-dimensional person, I would welcome dancing with someone with other interests. I have several.
