More About Me
I started dancing 7 years ago with a long-distance partner, dancing whenever we could get together. We can no longer meet up, but I am now hooked and just want to continue dancing regularly and improve. I go to weekly classes and have private lessons, but it would be so much more fun with a regular partner to learn with and dance socially with! I am musical with a good sense of rhythm and I learn quickly. I like to do things well, but do keep my sense of fun when learning difficult things! I have enjoyed everything I have done so far: ballroom, Latin, some sequence, a smidgen of Argentine tango, salsa and modern jive. I do enjoy sequence and learning routines - but the freedom and musicality of freestyle dancing now appeals more, and that's why a regular partner is on my dance wishlist. I am fit and active (badminton, walking) and sing in choirs locally and further afield.
