More About Me
12 years dancing Argentine Tango with a liquid embrace. I routinely study with Gustavo Naviera and others of his ilk. Although I do not prefer to dance "milonguero style", I do strongly prefer traditional tango music, and I DJ traditional milongas in Taos and Santa Fe. Also, as requested, I teach privates locally. My goal is to continue to improve my dance and to have fun in the process. I also dance Balboa & Lindy Hop, and have taught and competed in both.
I'm Looking For
An Argentine Tango partner who dances, or wishes to dance, in the style of Gustavo, Chicho, et. al. I'm not necessarily expecting a long term partner, but would be happy with someone with whom I can dance intensively for at least several months, or more, while we both improve. You must be willing to relocate to northern New Mexico (Taos area) for the duration.
