More About Me
Competed for 12 years as amateur until 1956 to Championship class in Ballroom and Od Time. Last competition was on Come Dancing 1956. Married 1954 stopped dancing to raise the family, Our eldest daughter always boasts she was on T.V as Betty was 3 months pregant at the time..After the children grew up thought about taking up dancing again, but realised that we were getting to old for the training, so in the 70's qualified with the UKA, and became membesr of the guild of professional dancers. We taught Sequence Danceing for over 30 years, which represent some 1200 dances, and I sturggle to remember any of them
Please don't read that lot and get worried... For the last 10 years I haven't danced a step has my wife surffered 3 heart ops
and became fully dependent on my nursing her.until her death this October.
I'm Looking For
Some one , who like me loves dancing for the pleasure and company it gives, and if some-one loves dancing as I do amd my background can help that person so be it.
