More About Me
Most of my adult life has been centered around dance and fitness. I was a professional jazz dancer with a Philadelphia-based dance company for over 10 years. I performed as a professional belly dancer for several decades. I ran a dance/yoga studio for over 2 decades and taught yoga, mat pilates, stretch classes, fitness classes, aquacise, and more for over 3 decades. I was an avid club salsa dancer for 8 years and have recently taken up ballroom dance and Argentine Tango.
