More About Me
> I did Madeleine's Latin to Advanced class level, assisted with Beginner/Intermediate lessons. Still love Latin but no longer primary focus.
> I did Argentine Tango for some years with Southern Cross, occasionally assisted as a partner class. Trained and performed in a group for a Melbourne show. Still love Tango but no longer primary focus.
> Did some Ceroc for a short time and quite enjoyed it. Trained and did a group performance for a show. No longer primary focus but could be fun to pick up again.
> New Vogue and Standard is primary focus now, but since COVID, dropped out of the social scene. Have done reasonably regular practice with a partner, whom is no longer available. Hiring a hall and practicing with own music has been my focus and I love it - my primary reason in looking for a new partner to dance with. Maybe I will go back to social dancing.
I'm Looking For
> Height is important for good dance connection; slim to average build would be best.
> Otherwise, someone happy to practice in a hired hall on a weekday, perhaps an occasional evening social dance.
> I enjoy learning and applying technique, not deadly serious, but to a reasonably good level.
> There's nothing better than a beautiful Viennese waltz, to really good music. Same with waltz and slow fox. I am no expert in any of them, nor all of the New Vogue, but feedback I get is that I am a generally a good dancer.
> I love the fun of a good Mambo, Salsa or Jive.
