More About Me
Mom and Dad were the First to start Ballroom Dancing as therapy after my dad had a stoke. My niece was next to get going and I have finally been pulled into Ballroom. I Used to be a Trumpet player for the defense of the country, but now I can be found dancing to the music instead of performing. 17 years of group classes and about 6 of private lessons. Mostly American styles, but have been getting into International lately.
I'm Looking For
Dance partner in the Northern Virginia, Maryland and Washing DC area. I have not been pulled into the Competition side of things, but I am very supportive of my friends who have. My Goal has been to become the social dancer that every lady in the room loves to dance with but would like to have a steady dance partner that I can move up in skill levels and work on that connection that is so hard to do with casual dancers.
