I dabbled in Bachata, Salsa, Kizomba, and Zouk, but open to other styles. I am interested in getting better in socials, learning new moves, and choreography.

I have done competition for several years and love it.I am serious about the training involved and very dedicated fit and quick to learn.I am also musically trained.All the more reason why i love to dance so much.So far i have only been in competition in Ireland but i would love to compete abroard.

I really enjoy the Salsa and Bachata dancing the most, and spend most of time improving my skills in this area. My Dance background so far has been a variety of Ballroom styles mixed with Latin dancing. I have been taking private lessons for the last year and a half, and it has been paying off greatly. Have even competed in a couple of mini competitions in the last year at my local ballroom. Went recently to the Orlanda Salsa Congress and had a blast. i can't wait to go to the upcoming Sarasota Salsa and Bachata festival.

I have recently resigned from public school teaching after 25 years of teaching first grade and kindergarten in Texas and have recently relocated to southern California. I am looking for Californians who have a desire to do the Texas Two Step or the patience to teach me to dance California style! When I go out to dance, I dance! I have the stamina to dance every dance in a set for at least three sets. I enjoy dancing to disc-jockey venues more than live bands because there is generally more room on the floor for whirling and twirlin' when there is no live band. I do enjoy going to hear live bands and especially enjoy outdoor music festivals.

I'm pretty new to dancing, I've been taking ballroom dancing lessons for about 2-3 months at a studio near my house, I have been learning salsa, rumba, foxtrot, cha-cha, swing, waltz, and tango. I like to improve and practice quite regularly. I used to do quite a lot of sport up until about 20 years ago - which involved learning technical skills as well as the conditioning, which maybe why I seem to learn routines quite quickly, especially from watching video. I enjoy the challenge of improving technique, posture, frame etc. I hope to have a go at competition and/or performing, but it's not a must.
