Late starter and an enthusiastic begginer started dancing last October.

Extensive foundation in ballroom dance (training, performance, and competition). Former member of BYU Ballroom Team 1985-1989 (performance tours through Asia, US, and Europe; Blackpool Latin Formation Champions & Silver Medal World Latin Formation - 1989). Inrntl Standard training with Stephen & Elizabeth Cullip ('89-'94) and Kathryn Schaffer ('00-'03). Amateur Championship-level Standard competitions through 2003. Social dancing since then. I also started training by myself in 10-dance off and on since 2018, and with a syllabus-level Latin partner in 2021 (training with Latin pro in area). For my age bracket (Senior III) I would do very well (based on national comps I've seen). I also work out and stay in decent shape.

! I am a former competitor and former teacher. All forms of Country Western and West Coast Swing. Social Ballroom and some Hustle. I have been out of the dance world for some time. Interested in learning more ballroom and Argentine Tango!! Interested in continuing growth in all my dances. Dancing brings me a lot of joy and happiness. I think if everyone danced more, we wouldn't have the problems that we do in the world.

For many years in many different cities I've always been interested in attending the local salsa classes, and I have always appreciated how welcoming, patient and kind people have been.

But now that I'm settled in Edinburgh and I've enjoyed a few months of classes, socials, and a particular liking for bachata, I'm now keen to improve with more practice, and especially more consistency (as the classes naturally change routines each week, and I can quickly forget the great things I've learned).

Dance lover especially Latin but open to all types (urban, hip hop). Took lessons in salsa off and on for nearly 10 years. At a party I'm always out there on the dance floor having fun. :) It has been a few years since I updated this profile; I got certification in Zumba/dance fitness and also dance a bit of urban/hip hop. I attend dance weekends that don't require partners wherever they may be, contra, Cajun/Zydeco festivals, love traditional square dancing and glad to see it reviving. IF YOU CAN LEAD IT, I CAN DANCE IT.

I have completed gold level international standard and latin syllabus. I dance mostly in Vancouver and Richmond. I enjoy dancing, and I do make constant efforts to improve my dancing skills although, I have no desire to go into competition.

I love to dance and golf. I can golf by myself but need someone to dance with. There are not to many things I don't like to do but dance, travel & golf are at the top of the list. I was a DJ for ballroom and single dances so of course I'm into music. Has danced international latin since 2004. Trained by Warren Bullock, Gary Foster & Mark Lunn. I have good presence on the dance floor and want to compete again in Latin. I am a great believer in "balance" and am now enjoying dancing more and as well as pursuing intellectual and spiritual development. I have always been athletic, love all types of music, and appreciate good technique. Dance is a physical, social, and emotional outlet for me. My name is Kristina. I used to dance and compete in International latin style dancing. Due to a lot of classes in school, my portfolio show and graduation, i had to put latin dance on hold. It has been awhile since i have entered myself in a latin competition but have done a salsa competition in 2010. I did get a chance to practice on occasion with my old dance partner latin and we even managed to perform a few shows. While going to school i worked at a gym and was teaching a few hip hop, jazz, and latin classes, so i tried to keep my dance skills up and also managing to keep my flexibility... but we all know its not the same as dancing on a regular basis. Now that i already graduated and got my career on the right track, Im ready to make dancing a bigger part of my life again. Dancing is a big passion of mine and helps me express my self in ways that words cannot describe.

With my job being so flexible, i can practice and dance with someone up to 5/week. Im a hard worker and really like to dedicate myself into what ever im doing. Im willing to try different types of dancing as well, like Argentine tango, standard, latin, smooth! Im up to try and learn almost any type of dance!! I have great form and dedication and feel if i find the right partner who is the same level or better, we can make a good team. I want to be pushed, open to taking lessons and practicing hard.
