I competed for 11 years mainly in the SF bay area and southern California at the Championship level in both the International Standard and Latin styles. I am very busy with my family but am entertaining casual practice in International Standard style for recreational purposes. My training was mostly from Imperial Dance Club via private lessons. I also competed for many years in Pro-Am.

I've had some training in ballet, modern, jazz. I dance socially and pick up quickly. I have a natural beat and with the right partner I can own the dance floor :-)

Hi, I'm David--an absolute newbie who loooves dance, but finds learning specific steps quite daunting. Last summer (2016) I struggled through a brief, crash course in the very basics of some American-Style Ballroom dances: Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Cha-Cha, Rumba, and East-Coast Swing. I dance 5 Rhythms, mainly travelling down to London for this, and I do other forms of somatic dance when I get the chance. I have not yet tried Biodanza and I would like to. I am up for more structured forms of dance, but I've got to say, they do not flow for me. Probably need to just do it more!

Up to my rumba star medal. Danced competitively in A grade Juvenile & C grade/open Junior.

I've always loved dancing especially Bhangra dancing. The past 5 years have been really hard and my job is very sedentary with extremely long hours. I have always wanted to waltz (especially to Hindi music) but have never been able to. I finally bit the bullet and just recently started going to Arthur Murray for dance classes. I love it!. :-)

I am a fairly decent dancer, had professional training from the time I could walk, through college. Have been away from it for 15 years. Want to get back into dancing/performing.

I'm a ballroom dancer/instructor looking for an experienced partner to practice and train with and eventually compete. I'm very easy-going and laid back with super long legs that may require a taller gentleman. I have studio space available for practice in Buffalo Grove, IL but am also willing to travel within the area for practice.

I have taken many lessons in East Coast Swing, lindy hop, balboa, jitterbug. I am a natural in lessons but have difficulty translating to new dance partners on the floor.

I am easy going with a good sense of humour. Take my dancing serious though. I have been dancing for seven years and have completed and passed my star 1 medal in ballroom and gold bar 3 in latin. I learn quickly and would like to go into competitions eventually.

Well my name is Emanuela. I been dancing for ten years now and I really love it, I just really want to find a partner to go to competitions with and to practice with. I've been training with Alexandra Gisher for the last several years. Also twice a week I take lessons from Iwona and Erwin Rybczynski at Interclub. I'm pretty much someone who loves anything to do with arts in my spare time. I've been involved with martial arts, theater arts, musical arts, and of course the art of dancing. I love to dance and enjoy all aspects of dancing from teaching, learning, coaching, competing and performing to, of course, just enjoying the dance and the person I am with. As an engineer, I have traveled all over United States taking group and private lessons on a variety of dances for more than 20 years. I currently own my own Ballroom where I teach and have dance events featuring a variety of type of dances. My goal is to work with one (or several partners if she does not do all the different type of dances) for shows, social, and teaching. Have done competitions and may compete again if the partner wants to compete.
