I have always been a latin social dancer. The love of dance and people drew me to become a ballroom instructor. I trained to become an instructor and taught students to the bronze and beginner silver level. I have participated in showcases and competitions with my student.

I have been dancing for the past 3 years.

Took ballroomand Latin lessons for five years, salsa for one. Have been dancing socially once a week for four years. I like most dances and sequence. My Foxtrot and tango need some work but strive to improve all of my dancing.

Used to compete in university competitions and also open circuit (Pre-Champ and Amateur level). Looking for a partner in Latin to compete in senior level. Unfortunately I am not able to relocate due to work commitment but am willing to travel around North West for practices and lessons. I would like to practice 2 times and one lesson a week and travel across the country and compete as often as possible. Used to be trained by Margaret Redmond and Rachael Heron. I don’t mind having guest lessons with other teachers but would like to continue training with Margaret.

I danced modern techniques years ago when I was in my 20s, and have always enjoyed dancing socially in clubs ... albeit not too frequently once I got into my 40s :) I started Argentine Tango during the summer of 2018, and I have become fairly obsessed with becoming a decent dancer.

My vision is to be among the most technical, elegant and emotional Argentine Tango dancer, as measured in the experience of my partner. My aim is to precisely and beautifully express music and dancer emotion through tango. I value trust and technique in dance above all. I aim for a style that is elegant, musical and genuinely emotional. I have taken over 225 group, semi-private and private lessons and completed over forty-eight (48) public and single-partner practicas since late 2014. I now spend equal time between dance lessons and musicality training for better dance expression.

I have available studio space in Arlington VA and Tysons VA (cost/person: $10-15 per 90 min session), and bring my own playlists and Bluetooth speakers.

I adopt maximum safeguard during dance practice -- mask, hand sanitation before and during dance (breaks), and cleaning all areas before and after space.

Dancing is my passion and it lights up my life. I put on my dance shoes and am immediately in a very special place. I have been dancing ever since childhood and will be dancing for my entire life. Good day Ladies, I am a dedicated and passionate dancer for Ballroom and Latin 10 dances. My goal is to train and ideally win competitions. However enjoyment and fun are more important to me. I have been dancing for the past 7 years at the amateur level and now standing at the level of Novice for 10 dance.

I started with latin dance in graduate school in NY. After relocating to Houston, TX, I've been taking lessons with 3 professional instructors. I practice on average 4-5 hours a week. I also take ballet lessons.
