I dance for enjoyment. I strive for continual improvement. I am open with the right individual for competition. I have done a few amateur competition in international standard and latin. I do love other activities such as kayaking, bicycling, hiking, traveling.

I am a social dancer that enjoys a variety of ballroom, Latin and social dances. These include: Waltz, Fox Trot, Cha Cha, Rumba, East Coast Swing, Night Club 2 Step, Hustle and Salsa. I am an intermediate level dancer and do not want to become a professional or do performances. I enjoy dancing to live music!!

In the last 5 years I've completed a very exciting and challenging job opportunity at Princess Cruises, become financially secure, and had the opportunity to follow my heart and dreams to Hawaii.

I am a youthful, positive, playful person who is very down-to-earth, sensitive, caring, compassionate with a warm, open heart, a bright, curious mind and an offbeat sense of humor. I have a great zest for life and live it with much passion, optimism and enthusiasm.

I love spending time in the beauty and peace of the great outdoors (mountains, oceans, sunrises and sunsets). I try to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I love music (no rap or hip hop), hiking, biking, cooking (especially for two), and adventuresome travel. I've taken lots of dance classes of all types of dances. Mostly social, though I just started International, and am taking private lessons in International to get up to speed quickly. Took modern dance in college - we males were use to emphasizes the seven basic movements in the dance to enhance the girls recitals - I couldn't do this now but would love to do the lifts & some of the movements for fun. Any interest?

My main thing is Argentine Tango. Open to explore other dancing styles.

I have learned my Tango dancing in the Netherlands, danced on festivals in several European countries, spend one month dancing in Buenos Aires. I have also lived in Toronto for 2 years, dancing there and in Montreal.

Currently I've been relocated back to the Netherlands.

I started dancing with Fred Astaire and worked with them about a year, but eventually switched over to Arthur Murray. There was a 2 year break as a professional, but continued my social dancing with salsa, bachata, kizomba, and Argentine tango. My goal is to practice and develop my skills as well as compete, but I need a dance partner.

I am from Europe. I've been a professional skater, and skating coach. For the past fourteen years I've taken classes in Argentine tango, salsa, west coast swing, and cha cha. I've taught others how to do Argentine tango.

I learned the Argentine tango 20 years ago,

and attended weekly classes and milongas for over a year. Currently I’m am trying to relearn the dance with more quality, connection and musicality. I have been working with one of my original instructors in San Francisco.

Most dance couples follow the equation .5 + .3 = 2. I teach tango such that dancers understand that in all couples dances 1 + 1 must be greater than two. To reach this objective, I work on creating autonomous individuals. Axis and technical skills are required well before figures and style can be mastered.
