Have danced since a child when I toured the country in competition dancing . Twice a year at Blackpool in all competitions. My dancing is now sporadic as I need a partner to carry on with dance thst I love

I love to dance and I take my lessons seriously but still think its important that it should be fun. I do lead well and think practice is very important to retain what's learned and sharpen movements.

I have been dancing for about 4 years and like sequence dancing most of all. I dance throughtout the north west of england on a regular basis. I want to learn more ballroom and latin as well as line and jive I also like french jive.

I have competed in 2 different sports Naitonally and Internationally all over the World in Gymnastics (97 gymnastics meets I competed in) and (85 Fitness shows and competitions + many guest appearances)Fitness. I also was an Ice Skater. I won National and International titles all over the World in Fitness. I was on the Jr. Elite USA National Team for Gymnastics and awarded a Gymnastics Scholarship to a Division 1 College. I just retired last year from Fitness. I am now looking to compete in this new sport and use my past expereinces and back ground. I will be 50 years YOUNG this year. I'm more into the social side of dance; classes with gathering occasional social or vintage event. 40's and 50's mainly; I can jive but am a little out of practice and want to learn more moves. Reasonably good beginner in 40's dances including strolls and tea dance. Outgoing and upbeat. Attend classes locally and the occasional social (York) but work in Hull so could alternate between locations. Would like to go to more Jive classes and socials as well as continue the 40's dances. Just love to dance!
