I learnt to dance in England in my teens. When i moved to Canada i took lessons in Toronto. Life happened and i didnt dance for many years. I currently take lessons.

I love to dance, I took casual classes for a year or so in salsa bachata and swing. I took a trip to Mexico and I would love to get back into dancing regularly.

I have competed in USA Dance Nationals once - my partner and I took first in Novice Smooth and Standard, as well as fifth in Prechamp Smooth and Standard.

My current partner and I dance champ standard, and we are are committed to dancing until the 2013 USA Dance Nationals in LA this Spring. After that, I intend to move to New York to continue to improve.

I have been dancing Ballroom for about 3 years, competing actively for the last 2. Before that, I danced socially, particularly in Swing/Lindy Hop. I am a Champ Standard, Prechamp Smooth, and Novice Latin dancer. I actively compete in Standard, but I am willing to dance any combination of the styles; however, Standard is a must.

Last year, I drove an average of 10-12 hours per week for practices, as my partner lived 2 hours away. This year, it is closer to 6 as my partner is closer. Would prefer a partner within an hour's driving distance, but obviously I am flexible.

I am from Perth, living in Buenos Aires. I have danced Salsa and Tango for about 15 years on and off. The last 7 years have been devoted to tango. I have fun when i dance, this is very important. But i have a good knowledge and a ability of good technique and if i can find a dance partner i believe i we could do some very good stuff.

I'm very passionate about dancing and currently dance at the pre-championship/championship level in international ballroom and pre-championship in international Latin. I'm dedicated, hard working, and practice a minimum of 2 hours a day / 6 days a week.

I have been dancing in Istanbul for 4 years as an amateur. I like salsa, bachata, greek dances (sirtaki, hasapiko, zeibekiko). Nowadays I take lessons for lindy-hop.

I have most recently competed in International Latin and trained with top coaches. I love to dance but because I am tall 5ft 10 1/2 I have never had anyone to dance with I would dearly love to. It would make me very happy to have a dance partner to pair up with enjoy dancing together. I am beginner i as I ha/ve never had formal dance lessons. I am a pretty decent dancer with a few years experience. I'm always willing to improve but like the idea of dancing for fun and becoming more stylistic over time with my partner. I have a lot of energy and look much younger than my actual age. Although my profile was taken in 2007 I still look younger than my actual age. I prefer latin dancing: salsa, cumbia, marengue, etc. but wouldn't say "no thanks" to swing, hustle, waltz, foxtrot or other dances. Took lessons 10 years ago but still "got it".

Dancing is my favorite pastime but I like arena football, bowling and watching auto races. I'm interested in politics and social activism and read non-fiction voraciously.

I consider myself a Girly Girl. I do have asthma but have it pretty much under control. I obviously can't keep up with the younger women but I love being stylistic and pick up on my partner's style quickly.

I think I have a great sense of humor without necessarily being the "life of the party". My temperament is usually laid back and easy going. I rarely get upset about things these days. Life is too short to get upset about things. My overall philosophy is that things will eventually work out. Find joy in your life and share it.

I love music and dancing because I feel happy when I am out on the dance floor dancing. I think dancing is a wonderful way to relax and to meet new people. I had to drop out of Arthur Murray because my dance instructor quit, and I found it too expensive but it was fun.

Hi! I am 25 with a lot of dance background. In 2015 I graduated from the College at Brockport with a BFA in Dance. From there, I spent some time in Buffalo, NY. While I was there I held an instructor position at Fred Astaire learning and teaching many forms of ballroom dance. Presently I live in New York City. Most of the dance I do now is contemporary and postmodern, but I still have a soft spot in my heart for ballroom.

Dancing is my favorite hobby it has been over a decade now and I am still enjoying this. :-) I can dance on various styles kizomba, semba, cuban salsa, crossbody salsa, merengue, bachata, bachatango, argentinian tango, cumbia, rueda de casino. I dance as well brasilien Forro, blues, rock & roll and modern acrobatic rock & roll.

This year I had the opportunity to join a Bachata group i had learned a routine which i had to perform with the group few times in different clubs.

I would like to meet a dance partner willing to train so we can perform or take part in competition.

A few years ago, I discovered that dancing is one of my biggest passions and since then I've tried a variety of dances: modern, salsa, bachata, west coast swing and hiphop, etc. I have to say I am pretty good at picking up things here and there. I've improved a lot since the beginning. WCS is probably my fav because of the level of improvisation. I even went to a few dance conferences to learn from many pro dancers, which was awesome! Overall, I feel more comfortable with salsa/bachata currently but I do hope to practice more on WCS (and hiphop, if possible) in the future. To me, one's musicality and how you move your body definitely shows your personality when dancing, and also in everyday life. I always wanted to find a talented partner, to have fun and enjoy life more!!!
