I've been having lessons for about three years, but no longer have a partner. I would like to progress, maybe do competitions, but would love to find a partner to progress with and enjoy our dancing.

Have relocated back to Palm Springs after 2.5 years in LA Burbank. I am fully vaccinated and have traveled extensively all over the world.

The foundation of my dance background is ballet, modern and contemporary. I'm a graduate of the Ailey School. Salsa is my greatest dance passion, having lived in NYC I dance Salsa on 2. I've also trained in tango with Dardo Galletto. My goal is to compete in Salsa competitions, specifically the World Salsa Summit in the Pro Cabaret Division.

I danced ballroom competition in 4 styles for the decade of my teens. I have recently returned to dancing, and re-finding all my old skills as the rust comes off. I am not sure if I want to go back to competitive dancing or not, but I want to be able to dance at that level of quality again. My favourite dances are Viennese waltz, LaBomba, Twilight Waltz, Tango and Samba. I quite like English Old Time as well.

The thing I love about dancing is getting in the zone, where everything seems to vanish and the movements come like magic.

I am happy to travel about an hour in any direction for dancing, I usually dance at Morisset and Gosford.

I am friendly and energetic, I like to dance as hard as I can regardless of setting, I don't like to just shuffle through the steps at socials.

I have been learning to speak Welsh, it isn't a language option here - so a Welsh speaker or learner would be a great bonus.

I have recently had my first child and not yet back in shape, later evening Friday and weekends are the only regular times I am available currently until I am back working and have childcare arranged on a regular basis.

I am an attractive Latina dancer that just wants to dance, rehearse and practice cool dance moves and invent new ones. I have studied International Ballroom classes, and love Cha Cha, salsa, argentine tango and salsa, but have danced pretty much everything. I love to dance and am looking to start rehearsing!

More than getting the steps right," I like connecting with a dance partner and enjoying the flow of our moving together. My former dance instructor assures me I've been dancing at the silver/gold level for years even though I never completed an official program of study. I've been told by dancers at all levels that I'm a very good follower and easy to lead. I love the vast language of ballroom and other dancing and am particularly fond of Latin dancing.

I have been a dancer most of my life (primarily ballet, but also some tap and jazz when I was younger). In my professional life I am a music theorist and teach at a university. I started ballroom dancing about 20 years ago after some ballet injuries. I started with American smooth and rhythm, then switched to Latin and standard. My primary focus over the last number of years has been standard. I quit dancing during covid and just started up again less than a year ago so I am a bit rusty. I am currently taking classes and private lessons, and hope to make up for lost time! At this point, I'm concentrating mostly on International Standard. At some point I might like to start competing again, but for now, some family commitments don't allow for the time needed for that. So I stick to social dancing for now. I'd be open to possibly sharing lessons with my instructor or yours. I go social dancing primarily at Dance New England in N. Chelmsford, Sabor in Wellesley and SuperShag in Waltham. Hi and thanks for reading my details. I am a white male 5 8" tall light brown hair, blue eyes. Athletic build non smoker. I had been dancing some years ago then stopped. I restarted about 4 years ago and dance several times a week. I can do Ballroom , Latin, Tango Chacha and Salsa. I like to get it right when dancing the technique and style are important to me. I do not like to just walk the steps.I try and put some passion into the dance to give it some life and energy. This I think improves the enjoyment for both dancers. because if you are not enjoying it why do it ?.

I could make my self available for the right person if I find one.

I am always willing to learn new steps, or dances. So don't be afraid if you are better than me I enjoy a challenge and am a quick learner.

I have been told I am light on the dance floor and may learn more quickly because of all the ballet classes, but I know I there is more to learn in ballroom. I am open to friendship also but that's all right now.
