I took social dance lessons (ballroom and latin dances) when I was younger. I have some experience with all social dances. I recently started taking salsa and bachata lessons. I go social dancing regularly for fun.

recently back in the dance business and i am looking for a smooth dance partner, possibly more, please i'm looking for serious people and not students looking for free dance lessons. my teachers include jean-marc and france, alain and anik, bruno collins & luann pulliam , my specialities are smooth dancing and theatres arts due to my sure size. everyone i come across says the same thing. Your to tall to dance, and then they see me go. I'm currently getting ready for North American Imperial Star Ball to brush off years of rust, but long term, I'm looking to dance American Smooth and/or International Ballroom, and looking to come back to pro one day.

Currently, my home studio I train out of is in Grand Rapids, MI, but I travel to Chicago for coaching regularly, and I'm fine with commuting as I already commute to Chicago & Indianapolis for coaching; relocating for a partnership opportunity within the Midwest is a possibility. I travel to take coaching regularly from Tommye Giacchino, Kristiina Ilo, and Gert Roslender.

I danced social ballroom for a few years and went as far as bronze. I haven't danced for a couple of years and would really like to get back into it again.

I've been dancing on and off for almost a decade, have competed in latin ballroom in Australia, but am now doing more standard ballroom, but only lessons at the moment. I started some private Salsa classes recently and hit a point where it is hard to practice alone. I try to practice the moves in between classes but really need a parter to do it well. I was hoping for some to practice with once/week for an hour or so to start. Would be open to more.

My goals with dancing are to be a good lead in a social setting.

I am also open to practicing other styles of dance like hustle or other common social dances. I really enjoy dancing and would just like to be better at all partner dancing in general, but have never practiced until now.

I teach tennis for a living, so am very patient and will not get annoyed with my partner. I pick things up at an okay pace and will not be a bad partner to practice with. I have only been learning for a couple months so I am still fairly beginner though.

I started ballet since the age of 5, and had my first ballroom class in the UK when I was 15. I only danced occasionally and socially from 15-25 because I couldn’t find a partner and had to concentrate on my studies, I simply wasn’t in the right environment to turn professional. However my passion in ballroom dancing continued to grow and started private coaching when I was 26. I have become a very serious dancer since then have won competitions locally and regionally.

Hello fellow dancers! Dancing has always been a part of my life. As a child, I was enchanted by the rhythm and movement, dancing around whenever I had the chance. However, life took over and I stepped away from dancing for many years.

Recently, I've rediscovered my passion for dance through ballet, and it's been an incredible few years rekindling this old love. Now I'm ready to take a leap into partner dancing! I'm particularly intrigued by the dynamic world of lindy hop and west coast swing, among other styles. Somewhere down the line, I'd love to look into competitive opportunities, which is why I'm looking for a partner who might be interested in the long haul.
