Increasing my knowledge of ballroom dances by practicing, taking private and group lessons and going out to the dance clubs

I've started attending Salsa/Bachata classes from 21st August and have been doing 3-5 sessions per week, every week.

I attend the Incognito group classes on a Mon, Wed, Thu., Salsa City group classes on Thursdays, and then Bachata Exchange followed by Bar Salsa straight after on a Sunday.

I'm very determined to be good at this and find it hard to do it alone and would really appreciate a regular partner that I can practice with a couple of times per week (or even once).

I am not advanced but I'm passionate and stubbornly dedicated enough to have worked my way up to improver/intermediate level in such a short amount of time since starting.

I am looking for a partner who is proficient in dancing and patience to work with my lack of dancing background. Now that my career has settled, I just discovered not only that I have an interest in dancing but also that I have (literally) 2 left legs. If you are open to work with my awkwardness, please let me know & I would love to give this new hobby a try. I have not reaching out to any one on this site simply because of my very humble experience in dance. Thank you for your interest in advance.

My favorite dances are N.Y. Style Salsa on 1 and Hustle. I dance two private lessons and up to three group lessons a week. Dance clubs other nights of the week in Latin & Rhythm. Received Full Bronze in American Style: Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot and ECS with Honors from DVIDA, thanks Jordan. Working on Full Silver in Salsa and Hustle. One Showcase under my belt (Hustle), had a BLAST! White suit and all. Mentors are Billy Fajardo, Shay Dixon and others. I enjoy nature, camping, and hiking. Have done the PA Appalachian Trail and would love to do the Georgia/N. Caroline trail. I'm fascinated with Astronomy/Astrology, All living things catch my eye. I thoroughly enjoy cooking for my loved one's, but can get by with a sandwich/soup/salad. Painted my first "oil", a couple dancing the Tango, a friend immediately framed it. Too my interest in life and not enough hours. If I only could clone myself. I'm a rather reserved soul seeking truth, passion and the moral way not just for America but the Universe. When I lived in the UK, I used to dance 6 days a week until around 10 years ago. Since then, I haven’t danced a step. I want to get back into it. I think it would t take long.

I've learnt my basics when I was little, but never progressed far. A year ago I started learning again and would like to go as far as possible. I'm passionate about improving my technique and practicing, hoping to learn and eventually compete. I learn fast and am willing to put time and effort in to improve. I may, on occasion, provide a sense of humour.

I am particularly passionate about Latin and smooth dancing. I spend most of my time with lessons and practice. I practice almost every day. I take 2-3 lessons a week and attend group classes as well. I also participate in dance camp training taught by world leading dancers. Dancing is pretty much of my daily life.

I am looking for a dance partner, who shares the similar passion, interests and goals, so we can enjoy the dancing journey together.

I am a good team player and will give everything from myself for the success of the partnership. I am also a fast learner to challenge myself to the fullest.

I danced socially in my twenties, and since I started to dance again 6 yrs ago, I have been taking group classes as well as private lessons regularly and consistently. I mainly focus on Silver level routines but periodically stretch myself to practice some Gold and Open level figures. I learned most of the common dances simultaneously, and while I like all the Latin dances, presently I am focusing more on Standard and Smooth Waltz, Foxtrot,Tango. My favorite dance is Tango--Standard, Smooth, and Argentine. I have been taking lessons from an excellent instructor in Redmond.

I have been dancing as a professional classical bellydancer over 45 yrs. I have some training in flamenco, modern, african, ballet, jazz, latin, salsa, jive, ballroom etc. I am very rusty. I have a good eye for dance and can pick up fairly quick and I can follow easy. providing my partner is smooth in a strong way.

I like to go dancing but have not in awhile due to the lack of partners. I love to Travel, explore flea markets and antique shows.

Hi there, I've been dancing for 13yrs in ballroom and Latin dancing, qualified teacher for the IDTA and still love to train/practice for hours :)

I am an ex-compeitotor and whilst I still love to dance I do not wish to compete again and I have no desire to teach.

I am a dance teacher but not in ballroom (which I started as an adult.) I teach ballet, jazz, belly dance, Zumba, Fitness and Tai Chi. I started as a pro-am ballroom competitor but can no longer afford to do that, so, I am seeking an amateur Standard lead (any gender) at my level (sliver) or higher (I can work to level up or do mixed amateur.) Note: I am gay. Married to a woman. Glad to dance with a lead of any gender but it is strictly about dancing, competing and being the best. Not looking for dates.

Stage work from 3 years old, big break from dancing between ages of 14 and 30, then started stage work again for about 5 years. Danced Salsa for 11 years, Argentine Tango 8 years plus, Ballroom 6 years plus and recently Sequence dancing.

I have been dancing for ten years. Currently I am focusing on International Standard. I know some open steps, but only competed up to the Gold level in the past. Right now I am competing on Silver level again since my last partner was only at that level. I attend social party on the regular basis, able to do many more dances, such as Argentine Tango, Hustle, Mambo, etc.

Been dancing since January 2018 and moved across the country multiple time, I wish to get back into the groove per say and learn to dance again. I've had past experience competing and would love to pick it up with a private instructor once agian. Or perhaps just get back into it through personal training. I simply love the craft and love getting to know new people to dance with.
