I have my teacher's certificate in Scottish Highland dancing and I was a championship level highland dancer. I have some tap, jazz and ballroom background and pick up quickly.

In college I lived to dance sing and act!! I took nearly every class that was offerd and even considerd becoming an instructor at one time. I then I got married and had a daughter who is 5 and my son was born april 2012. I was married for 7 years recently divorced and very new to Las Vegas. my husband never wanted to do much dancing I'm looking forward to getting back into it as well as it is great FUN excersie. I'm ready to start focusing on myself (and my kids)again and getting back to what I love and dancing is in the top 3 of that list!!

I have a general love of dance. I love freestyle club dancing as well. My ballroom studies have been off and on over the decades. I've also studied modern dance including: Horton technique, Martha Graham, Improv, Jazz, and Tap at Alvin Ailey Studios in New York City.

My appearance reads young for my age, and my performance comfort is solid, interpretation is relaxed and comfortable. I just want to learn more dance and have fun doing that!!

I resided in New York for about 17 years and was an Off and Off-Off Broadway Actor. I also have an instrumental music background, which allows easy tempo interpretation, staying on the correct beat, hearing fluctuations in the tempo of the music, and lyrical expression, kind of important to me. I am a great follower whenever doing ballroom, but if the leader needs some help with precise rhythm or tempo changes I can assist if requested too. :)

I have recently dusted off my dance shoes and revived my old and beloved hobby of ballroom and sequence dancing. I attend ballroom, latin & sequence class on a Friday evening and a sequence class on a Sunday evening, which I am thoroughly enjoying . However I would like a regular partner to help me progress.

Throughout my childhood I danced old time seqence, took all medal exams from bronze medal to anual awards and competed in local junior events and formation comps at Blackpool. I also attended ballroom and latin classes upto silver standard.
