I'm an enthusiastic, experienced and focussed girl looking for the right partner to train up to S class and beyond with - ballroom only. I have a solid technical foundation and I work with top teachers. Given the right circumstances, I improve very quickly.

I have previously lived and trained in London UK, The Netherlands and Germany.

Currently I am living in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

Danced competitions for many years. Now my primary goals are technical development and enjoying dancing together.

Hi I’m Jay and I’m really passionate about dancing. While at university I did mostly Gaana, with a little bit of Street and Bollywood. I generally have an interest in all types.

After university I have been dancing Latin social dances, when I can for about 3 years. I would like to get better in these dances as well as explore and learn others. I am interested in learning Zouk and Ballroom. I have recently started to learn Ballroom, and am really enjoying Latin.

I have been bellydancing for 25 years and social partner dancing for 12. I am most experienced in Brazilian Zouk but really love all styles of dancing. I currently teach Bachata, Zouk, & Bellydance (…and Art classes). I host socials and dance retreats in Hawaii. I want to be proficient enough to be someone people look forward to dancing again & again. I would like people to feel comfortable at & excited to attend my events, so having some regular well-trained leads available to participate would be ideal & I am willing to provide training.

Graduate of Bronze level. My favorite dance is salsa, but I also like ballroom dancing in general. Unassuming well-to-do gentleman and humble. Easygoing, kind, generous, adventurous, happy, outgoing, inspired, and inspiring. Well educated, cultured, well read, well traveled. Financially independent, established. Live in a nice, large pool home overlooking lake and preserve in Palm Harbor, Florida.

No wife, no kids, no disease. Well groomed, youthful looking and athletic. I'm obsessed with health and fitness and make working out and eating healthy my top priorities. I have recently started Latin ballroom classes in Fareham (as a lot of classes in Chichester will only allow couples) but I don’t have a partner to dance with. I became interested following some classes on cruises.

I've been dancing for 15 years (Fred's raised), and I was a former pro 10 years ago (Dance Vision certified), but I renounced my pro status back then. After that, I started to compete in open amateur, but I took a 5 year break because of my career path. I'm currently getting ready for North American Imperial Star Ball to brush off years of rust, but long term, I'm looking to dance American Smooth and/or International Ballroom, and looking to come back to pro one day.

Currently, my home studio I train out of is in Grand Rapids, MI, but I travel to Chicago for coaching regularly, and I'm fine with commuting as I already commute to Chicago & Indianapolis for coaching; relocating for a partnership opportunity within the Midwest is a possibility. I travel to take coaching regularly from Tommye Giacchino, Kristiina Ilo, and Gert Roslender.

I've danced collegiate while studying for my undergrad at Ball State University, and I was one of the founders for Ball State's Competitive ballroom team. A decade ago, I did pro/am, but during my undergrad, I went back to amateur to compete prechamp/champ level in the open amateur categories. I'm definitely eager to pro again, but I'd like to brush some rust off in amateur for a little bit before I come back to pro.

I've taken lessons in west coast swing, argentine tango, ballroom (both international and American), Salsa and Bachata. I've done a little bit of Lindy Hop and Zouk. My favourite is WCS.

I like to go out social dancing. I enjoy learning new dances, and new moves. I'm not interested in competing. I'm easy going, and enjoy meeting new people.

My passion for the Argentine Tango, led me to study in Buenos Aires and continues to inspire my travels. A foundation in theater, ballet and jazz with over 20 years of dance experience, I was recently invited to join a premiere performance dance company. Additionally, I am an instructional assistant and event co-host.

I brighten the room with my smile and energy. My company is easy, light, and pleasant. I’m happiest when I’m on the dance floor; dancing people are happy people. Shall we dance?

Swing to the core

I am currently training in a dance team with a coach who uses Skippy Blair’s unit system. Her focus is alignment, relationship and rhythm as opposed to memorization of step patterns. Moves become an alphabet that I can spell into patterns in any dance language, instead of memorizing salsa language, swing language, two-step language separately. I have been training with her for over a year. Her method is conducive to fusion dance. I am limited in the time I can devote to it at the moment but I do wish to be a competitive amateur in the next 5 years and continue with my coach developing a dance community in Orange County CA. People of all ages are starving for dance venues and training in the respectful complementary relationship between partners that ballroom dance highlights. My dance teacher has some interesting analyses to share about the healthiness of relationships between her wedding dance couples based on the way they dance. I also am fascinated by the therapeutic integration benefits of dance.

I am a massage therapy student and massage has a lot in common with dance if done well.

Basically, I believe dance should be a freeing holistic experience and not enslavement to step patterns. It should be fun and a chance to make a real healthy, positive connection with partners.

I'm able to follow you at Social, Bronze, Silver and some Gold. Therefore, very versatile in all types of dance. Also an ICBDA member (aka International Choreographed Ballroom Association) and attended 2013 Convention at Grand Sierra, Reno, Nevada. Most proficient in Round Dance Level 4plus aka Choreographed Ballroom which encompasses all styles i.e.: Nightclub, Tango, Waltz, Foxtrot, Rumba, Bolero, Swing, West Coast, Cha, Salsa, Mambo and 2-Step. So, I'm quite versatile and light on my feet. Unexpectedly widowed. Had one fabulous, long marriage with mutual dance and travel interest. We danced all over the US and Overseas. Also, had linguistic career. Very easy going; pleasant personality and bits and pieces proportional. Sample dancing on request.
