I enjoy ball-room dancing, I have taken cha-cha, rumba, jive

tango, waltz, samba, slow-fox and quick-step at the bronze as well

as the silver level

I am planning to take the ball-room at the gold level in the near future

I also do yoga and tai-chi to help to develop my balance and

core strength.

I also do light weights and swimming twice a week to keep fit

I am intelligent, with a mischevious sense of humour. Apart from dancing I like reading, going to the theatre, cinema and ballet. I enjoy travelling and have lived in Africa twice. I am honest, loyal, sensual and a very good listener.

I am a very good lead, I mostly dance salsa and lindy, but enjoy any partner dancing.

I have taken part in various competitions. San Diego, Las Vegas, Riverside, san luis obispo, San Francisco, Berkeley, Arnold classic, Mich comp,Ohio Star Ball, and qualified for nationals (chicago NQE) for Novice and prechamp level in 2014. But after that competitive dancing stopped for 5 years and then covid happened. I am looking forward to brush up my dancing and looking for a dedicated, partner. Its important for me to have a good chemistry with her.

I am a lawyer living in the Chicago area. I take classes at a local Arthur Murray studio about 3 time per week. I consider myself to be an intermediate dancer, around Bronze III level. I am open to learning new dances but so far I am schooled in Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Swing, Rumba, Cha Cha, Bolero, with a little Salsa, Bachata, and erengue.

My primary dance is Argentine Tango/Milonga/Vals (I have studied with many of the Argentine maestros at conferences). I also do Salsa/Merengue/Cumbia, different styles of Swing, and social Ballroom. I have learned some other dance styles, such as: Israeli folkdancing, Flamenco, African dancing and a few others.

Danced Oldtime and Ballroom from aged 3 and Latin from aged 7. Gave up dancing at 18. Started Line Dancing 1990 and still enjoy to Linedance. Have danced to high level competing at London Wembley Ballroom in both Latin and Ballroom aged 13 in the Dance News and Recall grand finals. Currently looking for dance partner for Ballroom and Latin social dancing.Currently attend a well known Dance school in Hull.

Dancing has been a passion all along my life. Starting with disco, ballroom dances, African dance and all the traditional european dances. Have fun in dancing.

I have done martial arts as a teenager and later fencing before I study classical and contemporary dance. Tango came before I started my dance studies but I never had time to practice and get better, now I do.

I have been doing some kind of dancing since I was a child but only for fun.

I have danced competitively for around 8 years total, I previously trained with Paul and Paulene Taylor, Margaret Redmond and Kieran Kelly.

At last competitions I was competing at Intermediate level on the Open Competition Circuit where I have was placing in the finals. Prior to moving up to Intermediate level, we were competing at Beginner / Novice level where I won at Champions of Tomorrow 2015 (Ballroom) and placed 4th in the Latin. We also placed in both Ballroom and Latin at Stars of the Future 2015.

I danced a lot in what seems like a prior life and some socially since that time. I have improved since dancing 10 to 15 hours per week. The more I dance, the more I realize how much I need to learn! I am much improved and I have enjoyed meeting many people and dancing. The first time I was asked to dance was a milestone for me.

Such an out of date profile I had so here's and update: I have been dancing for quite a few years mostly enjoying shows and performances. Mostly its been about the enjoyment of dancing. However a few years back decided to do a comp in Blackpool and won the Waltz and Jive. Have done a few other competitions in the following years doing fairly well. Its still about the love of dancing for me, but the competitions sharpen you up, and can be good fun.

I would like to find a partner who would like to go an compete on the one circuit, get some decent routines together and to become as good as possible, considering I didn't start doing this at the age of 4 !

If its worth doing then its worth trying your best, so I would like to give that a go with someone fairly like minded.

My grandparents were from Sicily and immigrated to Morocco where I was born. I grew up as a French citizen with French, Italians and Spanish friends. Therefore I speak four languages, Italian, French, Spanish and English. I came to this country as an emigrant and became a successful businessman. I own a software company who created a very efficient anti-spyware program to protect computer users from Malware. I am educated and well rounded in many subjects, very secure and “manly”.

I've been on and off with salsa dancing for a long time! I mostly learned from DVDs then took some classes. I feel like the only way to progress now is with some consistence practice and clear goals.
